Operations Manager – Marine / Industrial Installation (up to €105K)

As Operations Manager  Marine / Industrial Installation, you are fully responsible for the technical, financial and organizational performance of installation projects. You lead the entire installation workforce and ensure the efficient deployment of personnel and resources across multiple locations.

You directly manage four supervisors and their installation teams (primarily fitters and welders), representing a workforce of approximately 30 skilled professionals. In addition, you coordinate subcontractors and personally lead major projects on site when required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the complete installation organization (supervisors, skilled workers and subcontractors)
• Managing complex installation projects across various locations
• Monitoring planning, budget, quality and project progress
• Coaching, motivating and developing team members
• Organizing optimal workforce allocation across multiple projects
• Strengthening knowledge sharing, flexibility and team collaboration
• Realizing strategic objectives in diversification, quality and operational efficiency
• Contributing to innovation within installation processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (preferably Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration)
• Minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role within technical production or installation
• Proven experience in project management within an industrial environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic insight
• Ability to motivate teams and create structure
• Affinity with shipbuilding, offshore, defense or yacht building
